The Rangers lost in their league opener vs. Athens in 3 sets. R-14 A-25, R 19 A 25, R-27 A-29.  “After a slow start the team really played well.  The team is really coming together and continue to work hard,” Coach Bailey said. The Rangers were led by Jami Hubbard with 11 kills and 3 blocks.  Karissa Shay had 5 kills and 8 digs.  Tayler Coe lead the team with 19 assist.  Sumer Rodgers stepped up to a new position and took charge of the defense with 9 digs. The team continues to serve well, serving 88% for the night.  “This team should not be underestimated, they play hard on every play and are very scrappy,” Bailey said.  Their next game will be against Jonesville at home on Tuesday, September 24th.  Come on out and watch this exciting match, Go Rangers!
