Rangers News · 8th Grade Boys Fall Short at Union City


The Reading boys’ eighth grade basketball team traveled to Union City Wednesday night to face the unbeaten Chargers. What a game! The Rangers fought hard the whole night, tying the game at halftime, and trailing only by 2 going into the fourth quarter before losing 32-25.

Alek Nash led all scorers with 12 points, followed by Tayshawn Bester with 7, Zackary Peiffer with 3, Nathan Robbins with 2, and Isaac Tucker with 1.
The Rangers record is now 3-2, and they travel to Homer tonight for another tough road game.
