The 7th Grade Rangers came from behind to defeat Quincy last night in Big 8 basketball action.  The Rangers erased a halftime deficit and finished the night with a nine-point lead.  The stingy defense of the young Rangers continued as they held Quincy to just three points in the 4th quarter. The Reading Rangers run their winning streak up to 10 games in a row and defeat the previously undefeated Cassopolis Rangers 28-6.  The Land Sharks were at it again holding Cassopolis to just 34 yards rushing on 17 carries.  The stout run defense forced Cassopolis to abandon their run game and go to the air

Our 7th graders played Concord again and the results were the same.  Rangers came out on top 28-18.  The Rangers stingy defense played tough the entire game limiting Concord’s opportunities.  A balance attack from the offense also helped propel the young Rangers to Victory.  Over half of the team put points on the board.  Skyler

In JH boys’ basketball action last night, our Reading Rangers beat Quincy with a score of 30 to 20.  It was another good defensive output for the Rangers as they kept the Orioles in check all game long. 7th Grade Boys Basketball Opens with a Win

Our 7th graders won their first game of the season last night against Concord with a score of 33-20.  The tough team defense of the Rangers held Concord to just 5 points in the second half to secure the win.
