The Reading 8th grade girls traveled to Concord Wednesday night for their second game of the tournament. They faced the Yellowjackets, played really well, but lost 26-21. The Reading 8th grade girls traveled to Concord Monday night for the first game of the season-ending tournament. They faced the Bronson Vikings, and lost a 24-23 nail-biter. The Reading Rangers boys basketball team traveled to Union City this past Friday night.  The team would start off the game with an 11-0 scoring run. A balanced scoring attack allowed the Lady Rangers to pick up their 7th win of the season as they beat Union City 49-33. Six Ranger Wrestlers Advance to Individual Regionals

On Saturday, February 15th, the Reading wrestling team traveled to Hudson High School for the Individual District Tournament.  The Rangers had a great day with six wrestlers placing in the top four in their respective weight classes and earning a spot in the Individual Regional Tournament.  Dalton Green (112) and Ted Ankney (171) took 4th place

Rangers Knock off Jonesville for Second Time

The Reading Rangers Boys Varsity Basketball team hosted the Jonesville Comets this past Friday.   A strong defensive start and timely shooting would allow the Rangers to jump out to a 21-9 advantage in the first period.  The Rangers would hold off a small Comet charge in the 2nd quarter and lead 34-24 at the half. 

8th Grade Girls Drop to Jonesville

The Reading 8th grade girls hosted the Jonesville Comets Tuesday night in Kerspilo Gymnasium. After a decent start, foul trouble and fatigue took over as the Rangers fell 38-17. Leading the scoring for the Rangers was Sydney Fowler with 10 points. Elizabeth Hamilton scored 4, followed by Taylor Engel with 2 and Sydnee Mauk with 1.
