The Lady Rangers 8th grade basketball team traveled to Quincy Monday night for their season opener against the Orioles and came away with a 26-17 victory. Trailing 11-10 at halftime, the Ranger defense stifled Quincy the rest of the way, holding them to only 6 second-half points. Serenity Trott led all scorers with 16 points.
